Plasses Stew:	A mustard greens dish made with chicken, onion, and garlic, served over rice.
Jollof rice :	A red stew with beef, potato, and onion, simmered in a tomato onion sauce, served over golden rice.
Gomen :	Collard greens and chicken simmered in an onion/ garlic sauce, served with white rice or Ingera, an African sourdough flatbread.
kitfu:	HOT !! Gound beef simmered in an onion garlic sauce with tomatoes. Served with Ingera.
Casava leaf :	African greens and beef simmered in an onion garlic sauce. Served over white rice.
hadas:	(vegetarian) A lentil stew made with onion, tomato, garlic, and African seasonings. Served over Ingera.
Groundnut Stew:	Potato and beef stew simmered in onion and tomato, thickened with peanut butter. Served over white rice.
